They found themselves helplessly relying upon revolving credit card debt lines, and, as accounts neared their spending limits and the regular billing statements grew to frightening monetary levels, the Georgians were forced to consider their options for debt relief in order to avoid bankruptcy protection and perhaps even foreclosure.

Over the last half century, however, the Bogardes had done everything they could to steer clear of pointless credit card debt.
